IPhone 4 Back Camera/Flashlight not working?

So I'm running iOS 6.0.1 Jailbroke.
Everything was fine until one day I went to Snapchat and my camera was black. I can switch the view to the front and it works fine. I have NCSettings, which is toggles in the NC, and when I turn the flashlight on it doesn't come on. If I open the Camera.app the shutter stays shut. The only app I can access just the front camera is Snapchat. So I'm stuck on this one…

Some solution I found:

I had the same problem.
Hold down the home button and the top button.
(also known as a hard reset).
Turn it back on and as soon as it reboots, do the same thing again.
Don't ask me how or why it requires you to do it twice. But it worked for mine

hey guys (and girls) The best thing to do is to go into phone settings, and reset. Then the reset all setting option (1st on the list) This seemed to work for me once reset. My phones cam's shutter was closed but worked fine, it happened after tapping the HDR setting in the cam. But doing a reset and the cam came back!
