Iphone 4 camera doesn't work?

I realized it when i was face timing that it wasn't working i could only see a black screen. I thought it had something to do with FaceTime but its with the camera. The weird thing is that only the rear-front camera doesn't work the other one does. I've tried force quitting it and it still won't work. And i know that i can't go to apple cause they don't sell iPhone 4. Can it be fixed or is my camera gonna be like that till i get a new phone?

You might have put a restristion on camera, i guess
coz once i had put on the restrictions, n the camera icon had dissppeared in ios3.

Actually you can still go to apple store. They don't sell iPhone 4 but they still have iPhone 4 replacement unit and Apple can check to see what's wrong with the camera. If your phone is under warranty they will replace it for free. If not they will charge a lot so in that case buy the part online cause thats the cheapest way to go.
