IPhone 4 charging problems?
Ok… I have an iPhone 4 that is a very good phone the only problem is that it doesn't charge correctly. If I want to charge it, I have to plug it in, power it off, and wait a while and then I can turn it back on if I think it is fully charged. If I plug it in when it is turned on, it does nothing, I can put the charger in different positions and stuff but still nothing. Does anybody else have this problem or know if there's a way to fix it myself or will I have to take it somewhere to get repaired?
Take phone to an Apple store and have them troubleshoot it. It needs to be repaired or replaced. They will give you your options, and then you do one or the other. In the mean time, backup EVERYTHING on the phone that you consider important.
