Iphone 4 conversion kit GSM CDMA? Difference?

My sister has an black AT&T iphone 4 and i have the white Verizon iphone 4, we want to swap out colors.since hers uses sim card and mines does not will this be possible? I understand that were only removing the front and back faces.

If you know what you are doing you should be able to swap out the colors. However, if you don't know what you are doing you will probably damage the phones and they may not work anymore. This will also probably void any warranty or insurance you have on the phones.
Personally I think that you would be better off purchasing a case in a color that you want for your iPhones.
