IPHONE 4 DATA AND Wi-Fi REFUSING TO WORK?

So recently, my data as well as any Wi-Fi I'm connected to, refuses to work on anything other than facebook, calls, and texts. Safari, snapchat, instagram, netflix, etc. It all says no connection. My home Wi-Fi is fine for others in the house, and on other devices, but mine doesn't connect, even on data. I'm completely stumped on why my phone is being so dumb. It shows in the settings that I'm connected to Wi-Fi, but doesn't actually work for some reason. Can anyone help? Please?

Is your phone old? Has it had any damage to it lately like drops, water etc? Is it updated? This happened to me because my phone was old. Its probably time to upgrade to a new phone

Try to Factory Reset the phone

Try restoring it through iTunes, but not before trying a network reset in the Settings on the iPhone.

  • YouTube refusing to download on new iPhone? Okay, I just got a new iPhone, and when I say new, I mean I literally just left the store and I typing this message out with it. I saw YouTube was having a hard time refreshing and it took a bit, so I thought "No biggie, I'll just uninstall then reinstall it" I hit the little cloud icon on the app store to redownload and it did nothing! Any ideas on how to fix this?
  • Why is my iPhone 4 refusing to charge? Last night I plugged it into the charger and after a few seconds it stopped charging and said "Charging not supported with this accessory." I've tried charging it in different positions and with different chargers and it will not charge for more than a minute or two. It's now down to 7% battery, what should I do?
  • When you have Wi-Fi and cellular data on at the same time, does it use cellular data? If I keep my cellular data on and also have my iPhone connected to Wi-Fi, will it use any of my cellular data?
  • When does data for a iphone from Verizon reset? And what uses up data? I just got an iPhone and I'm getting messages that say that the "usage reset date" is 10/10. Does that mean that is the day my data will be reset? Also, what uses up data? All I've been doing since I got my iPhone is texting and looking at a few things on the internet but I'm always connected to my Wi-Fi.
