Iphone 4 dead, nothing working?

Hi, I have had an issue with my iphone today, I was reading an email and my screen froze and the reset buttons were unresponsive and then the screen went black. After that I tried to restart and I managed to get the apple logo twice out of about 20 tries but it disappeared after around 5 seconds both times. Now I have tried maybe 50 times since and I can't even get anything out of the phone, I have tried hard resets, holing home button while plugging into the computer for backup mode is completely unresponsive also. Itunes is latest version and is not seeing anything what so ever.

Any ideas? Its out of contract in 3 months and its not insured so I'm going to have to wait 3 months before I can get another phone.

Having heard a suggestion it may be water damage I took a quick look around the phone, ( I have a few cracks on the front so its by no means water tight but the rear camera looks like it has condensation on it which makes me think this is the issue… God knows where the water has come from though.

Hold home button and power button down at the same time until it restarts. And then keep holding it down.i've had to do this on several occasions with my phone.otherwise throw it through the window at your nearest apple store.

It might be wet but i would get it checked

Please don, t try to fix it yourself! Just take it to a trustable workshod.

Sometimes your carrier will let you upgrade with a new contract if you are close to the end, call them and see.
