IPhone 4 fix cost or how to?
It's nothing to do with the front or the touch screen or the buttons. It's the back. The back is shattered and it only turns on when it's plugged in. The battery is at 100%, but it'll only turn on when it's plugged into the charger. When it is on, it is constantly "searching" for signal and it won't connect to any Wi-Fi.
So the back screen and internal problems is all I can figure. Is there any way I could fix it myself, or about how much would it cost to get this fixed?
It's a regular 4, not a 4S. Verizon.
Added (1). It also seems to turn off when I go into my messages.
I wld recommend you to take it to a smart phone medic to see what's wrong with it. They will most likely tell you and you could decide to order the parts and fix it yourself or you cld get a pro to do it. In my opinion I wld let a pro fix it but its all up to you
If it was just shattered I'd say just buy a 6$ kit off of amazon and replace it yourself but it sounds like there's internal damage too.
It may be best to look into buying a new phone, it's probably. Oat as much to repair.
Swappa.com and Craigslist.com are good places to look for a used phone.
