IPhone 4 (iOS 7.1) stuck in recovery mode?
So I've had some trouble with my iPhone 4 recently, the screen suddenly going black and then restarting, it going blank but not restarting, etc.
When I turned on my phone today, it said that I needed to 'connect to iTunes' and restore it, so I did just that. But when it came down to the program actually installing on my phone I got the message:
'The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (21)'
So I tried again and got the message again, but this time error 9.
I changed my cable and this time it was error 4014.
I'm helpless at the moment. How do I fix this?

Press and hold your lock and home button until it gets to a black screen, then you can let go of your lock button but hold the home button, then conect it to your computer with itunes up and it should bring up some options, you can choose an option.

- Iphone stuck in recovery mode after updating to IOS 7 beta? I tried updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 beta, without developers account, using restore + shift on itunes and clicking my downloaded IOS 7 firmware. This failed at a certain part, it said error 1934 or something, at that point my phone was still working, then I tried again and it became stuck in recovery mode. I tried different tutorials but I just can't get it working again, please help!
- IPhone is stuck in recovery mode? ITunes said I needed to update, so I did. However, halfway through the update, it stopped, and my iphone went into 'recovery mode'. When I tried to reconnect to itunes, it said I had to restore the iphone; I do not want to sacrifice any of the things I have on there:/.
- Iphone 5c stuck in recovery mode and Itunes won't recognize the phone, or that its in recovery mode? I tried updating to IOS 8 and it has the connect to itunes screen. Well i plugged it into my computer and opened itunes and got no notifications or anything. I really don't know what to do. I've seen online something about DFU mode… But i don't know what that is, is it jailbreaking? Will it erase my phone? Also. My phone is not backed up so help please.
