IPhone 4 Jailbroken T-Mobile?
I recently got an iPhone 4 as a gift- already jailbroken ios 4.1.1. I had to cut my T-Mobile SIM from my previous Sidekick 4g into a microSIM (yes, with scissors) and I actually get service.
However, I'm getting pretty tired of having no apps I can use that require ios 5 or more and was thinking of upgrading to ios 6.1.3, which unfortunately, has no current jailbreak.
If I do upgrade it via iTunes, will I still retain my service from T-Mobile?
No upgrade your unlock is gone there are unlocks for 6.1.3 but i never tryed any
Yes.
- Will an iPhone 5 locked with t-mobile work with a simple mobile SIM card? I have a simple mobile SIM card and wanted to know if I could cut it down to fit my iphone 5 bought from t-mobile
- Virgin Mobile iphone 4s: Does it work on T-mobile? If I purchased the unlocked iphone 4s from Virigin mobile would I be able to use it on T-mobile? Does anybody know if the virigin mobile iphone has a spot for a sim card like the ones T-mobile uses?
- Reuse T-Mobile cut-to-use-for iPhone SIM card back to regular T-Mobile phone? Is that possible? My SIM card has been cut to fit on iPhone but I'm going to sell it next month to go back to regular T-Mobile phone. I still have the cutout piece from original T-Mobile SIM Card. Can I re-attach micro SIM to original T-Mobile card and use it on new T-Mobile phone, or would I have to buy the new SIM card and activate it again on pay-as-go-plan?
- Is an iPhone better 'jailbroken' or not 'jailbroken'? I just got the iPhone 5 and I keep hearing about 'jailbreaking' iPhones to be able to do a lot more things. So my question is: Is jailbreaking an iPhone bad? What kind of cool things can I do if I jailbrake it? How do I jailbrake it, if its a good thing?
