IPhone 4 MMS not working on $50 Unlimited Plan ATT GO PHONE?
I just got this phone i was using an iphone 3G before and it sent pictures but this one isn't my iphone 4 is not jailbroken or unlocked and i'm using 6.0.1 how can i make the MMS work i have a plan the lets me have unlimited internet but thats not even working… I'm mainly concerned about the picture sending though. Can someone tell me how t fix this please.
There's no data package selected for the iPhone. That is why no MMS's are working, as they require data, and if you were to check the AT&T prepaid website, you would be able to see where the differences are in the plans. The $50 "Unlimited" plan offers unlimited talk, text, and data for basic phones. For smartphones such as the iPhone, the $50 "Unlimited" plan offers unlimited talk and text, with the requirement of a separate data plan.
AT&T requires a data plan for prepaid smartphones, which starts out at $5 per month for 50MB, followed by $15 per month for 200MB, and then $25 for 1GB.
The fix would be to sign up for a data plan. Once in effect, MMS's should work just fine.
- MMS not working for iOS 6 T-mobile? I recently bought a factory jailbroken (can be updated) Iphone 3gs, and later the new software iOS 6 came out so i updated it.ever since i updated it i can no longer send MMS messages.before the update everything worked just fine. I have tried resetting the network settings, turning MMS messaging off and back on, turning off Wi-Fi, and completely restoring my phone. Nothing works.
- Is MMS messaging free with unlimited SMS text messaging with a T-Mobile iPhone? I have unlimited texting(SMS) and I just recently turned on my picture text messages (MMS) settings for my iPhone. I was wondering if I have to pay for MMS for every incoming or outcoming pic, or does it count as unlimited texting too? I pay for my internet too, if that helps with anything: P
- Iphone mms and data not working? Hi, I have an iphone 3gs and I recently put straight talk $45 a month unlimited plan on it and i used to be able to send mms and data access but now i don't. I can still send a regular text meesage (sms) but not a pic message (mms). And my web browser quit working too. Any help would be appreciated
- IPhone 4s on straight talk mms not working? I have no idea how to get this working, it has not worked since I have been with straight talk. I have an at&t sim in it, everything else works but mms I can't send or receive pictures. How can I fix this without doing the sim swap? I can't change my apn settings
