Iphone 4 not receiving texts?

My iphone 4 was working perfectly fine yesterday and this morning it was working then i got into work and people started saying their texts werent working when they were sending them too me and my boyfriend called me asking what was going on because of this. I don't think its because i'm at work.called apple they said to call telus. I don't know what's wrong with my phone
i reset it and everything, and all i do is communicate through texts, i find my phone always breaking and replacing it at apple.

Same thing happen to Me with mine. You just have to go to Where the sounds at.n Touch Random shyt. Like just tap anything that has to do with sound… I did that and it worked… Or jusrt Hold "hone botton and the lock Botton " until it turns off… N let it rest like for two mins.

I don't think it has anything to do with the phone, its your carrier. Try imessage or use an app like voxer as that will give you another option for delivery. With imessage you can also have your b/f turn on an option that tells you the message was read.
