Iphone 4 screen flashing after screen replacement?

Is it the screen? Or did i mess somthing up?

Re install it to see if this happens again.

If it does, then you need to get a replacement screen.

After replacing a cracked screen on a verizon iphone 4 the frontfacing camera is stuck on shutter, while the rear camera only works sometimes… I have tried checking the connections, as well resetting everything and even restoring. I have heard about possibly jumping something on the logic board but can't find where, a picture would be great.
