IPhone 4 screen is going crazy! What's wrong with it?

Okay, so a few months ago, the very right side of my screen stopped working. So when I typed on the keyboard, it wouldn't let me press the 'P' button or the '0' etc. But all I had to do was flip the screen around and it worked, so that didn't bother me.

But last night, I was typing a message on my phone and it started pressing different buttons and then sent to the person I was texting. I thought it was just a one time thing, so I cleaned my screen and went to type again. This time it went to the home screen, onto the iPod and started playing my music and flicking through to different songs.

I've noticed that it only presses certain buttons (Certain parts of the touch screen) its the whole of the right side still, a spot in the centre and a couple of other spots on the screen.

It's definitely not from anything on the screen as I have cleaned it multiple times, and it's not from my fingers either as I have put it down on a flat surface not touching it and it still does so.

I can't really use it now because every time I open up an app, it messes with it and the settings and keeps sending messages to people. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can get it fixed? Or how I can use it temporarily without any problems as I'm due for a new phone next month anyway.

Your Digitizer seems to be malfunctioning. Go to your nearest apples store and tell them to have it fixed for you if it's still under warranty.

Do a hard reset by holding both sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
or try a factory rest!
