Iphone 4 screen turned black, but still responsive. What should I do?
My Iphone 4 screen went black yesterday afternoon. I can't see anything. It is still working, by that I mean it still receives calls and texts because I can hear the ringtone. My lock button jammed a few weeks ago, so I can't turn it off/on. Is there anyway I can get the screen to work? I'm going out of town tomorrow afternoon so if you could help me As soon as possible, that would be great!
The exact same thing happened to me. :/ I don't think there's anything you can do. If your lock button was working then you could reset it by holding it down along with the home button, but I guess that's out of the question. All you can do is take it to the apple store.

- My iphone 4 froze, screen turned green and turned off? I was playing a game i regularly play when it froze. I let it sit there for a couple minutes, I pressed the home button and the screen turned green, It was green for a minute. It shut off and won't turn on. I plugged it into the charger 20 mins ago and still no response. Also, my power button broke a whille ago. What can i do? Keep it plugged in until it turns on or should i unplug it for a couple days?
- Iphone has white screen black apple logo frozen it occasionally goes black then that screen shows up again screen went red once? I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?
