IPhone 4 sim locked, same carrier?
I have two iPhones here, an iPhone 4 7.0.2 and an iPhone 4S 6.1.3
both are not jailbroken and recently i switched the contents of the phone and switched sim cards as well. Both sim cards are from the same carrier and both are being payed monthly (post-paid)
when I switched sims, the sim i used on my 4s is locked on my iphone 4, but the sim on my iphone 4 is okay with the 4S. Again, they are of the same carrier.
How do I fix this without jailbreaking?

- Switch from iPhone 6 to iPhone 6 plus on same carrier? So I just broke my iPhone 6 screen. My dad has his old 6 plus lying around (He got an s7 the other day). We both have Verizon. If I wanted to switch phones, but retain my phone #, could I just put my SIM card into his phone? Or is it more complicated than that?

Ok so my aunt got me an iPhone from Canada but its sim locked and it says I need to insert a sim card for it to work. If I bought one of these sim cards and a used iphone 5 from another carrier would it work with my carrier?
- If I buy an iPhone off of someone do we need the same carrier? I'm interested in buying an iPhone off of a friend of mine but she has Verizon while I use AT&T so I was wondering if this would cause a problem in any way. Can I switch the phone from Verizon to AT&T or do I need to purchase a phone in which was initially from AT&T? What I'm trying to say is, will purchasing a phone off of someone with a different cell phone company than my own make the phone unusable to me?
