You can try holding the home button and power button at the same time for 6 seconds and it should reboot. If this doesn't work, you can always restore the phone which usually fixes all problems. If this fails, then you probably have an issue with the hardware so just connect it to your computer, make an itunes account, take it back to apple and get a refund as all apple devices come with a 12 month warranty. This happened to my iphone 4 and couldn't do anything about it as my warranty expired

- IPhone 6S music playback problems? So I recently got an iPhone 6s ( on iOS 9 ) but when I play music on apple music or spotify the music stops playing if the screen goes to sleep and when I unlock and press play it doesn't start playing again. - Iphone 4 jumpy video playback on youtube? Recently my iphone 4 has been very jumpy when playing youtube footage on Wi-Fi, although the sound is perfectly fine. If i disable Wi-Fi and use 3g however, everything is perfectly fine anybody know how to solve this?
