Iphone 4 themes? NO cydia. How to use winRAR?
I found this theme online for my iphone 4, factory unlocked, that i really want to use. When i download the file it opened up on winRAR. I have no cydia and i have no idea how to use winRAR, is there a way that i can add that theme to my iphone using winRAR?

WinRAR for the record is simply a file compression/extraction tool, much like the built in ZIP files in Windows & OS X these days.
