IPhone 4S 4G network providers on prepaid plans?

Is there any company which provides 4G connectivity for iPhones on prepaid plans? If yes, what company and plan are they?

At&t is the only one whose iPhone 4S is HSPA+ compatible (3.5G but they are calling it 4G- Do not confuse with LTE 4G, no iPhone is LTE 4G compatible yet).

Technically, if you have a phone already and chose to use that phone they can't force you into a contract. You can still pay the same month to month, but without a contact, and that is essentially prepaid. (Note: they will most likely still charge you an activation fee.usually $35)

Simple-mobile does 4g but you have to unlock your iphone at unlockatt.com

  • Will an unlocked at&t iphone 3gs work with any prepaid plans? A friend recently upgraded and said I could her have her old iphone 3gs. I live on a tight budget so the prepaid plan works best for me. So I'm wondering will any of the prepaid plans work with this phone?
  • Which do you recommend? Iphone 5s Smart Plans or Iphone 5s Globe Plans? I'm confused. I've heard a lot of negative comments about globe internet speed and secret extra charges. But it seems that there are more recommendations to go for globe iphone plans. What's wrong with Smart? Which is more advisable for first timers in mobile plans?
  • What's a prepaid phone? Can IPhones be prepaid? I'm going to buy an IPhone 4 from my friend and i'm wondering if it can be prepaid? If so do I need anything like a sim chip? & It's not on contract… Or could I just go on a plan without being on a contract?
  • What is the difference between T-Mobile's $70 and $60 prepaid plans? My girlfriend currently uses the $70 prepaid service for her iPhone 5, but wants to spend less money every month. She's thinking about switching to the $60 or $50 plans but we don't really know the differences between them because they all give relatively little information on the plan selection screen, and they all say unlimited everything. I'd just like some help figuring out if they slow your data drastically or something like that. A detailed explanation of each plan.
