Iphone 4s activation locked?
I just bought an iphone 4s and i can't use it because i don't know the old users apple id and password, is there any way to get past this and use the iphone? The old user isn't replying to my emails so i'm fcked in that department
Your going to have to restore it

if you want older ios… Then download from them… Then in iTunes, instead of just hitting restore… Hold shift down, then you can pick the one you downloaded
- Why do people by activation locked iPhones? Why do people buy activation locked iPhones? I understand its stolen and what not but what's the purpose of it is it possible to get around it?
- My IPhone 7 is locked to sprint and i can't get passed the activation screen without a sim card? I'm currently with cricket and my sim card reads as "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" is there any way to bypass this screen? Or a a sim adapter(if any on amazon) to use my cricket sim on the iphone and finally do the activation. And be able to access the homescreen
