IPhone 4S Delayed Text Notification?
Okay, in the last two months I've noticed that my iPhone 4S is not notifying me of texts right away when it's locked. I'll get a text then when I unlock the phone and go to look at it it'll say it's from anywhere between 7 and 20 minutes ago. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. I've already tried holding down the home and power buttons to restart it. I don't know how I feel about restoring it.
Added (1). I ALREADY TRIED RESTARTING IT. IT DOESN'T Help.

- Why does my ESPN Scorecenter app alerts so delayed to other people? I have an iPhone 4S and I have the ESPN Scorecenter app and I set alerts for my favorite sports and teams and my friends will get an alert then tell me about t then 10 min later I get it how do I fix it?
- Why are my texts so delayed with one person? I have an iPhone 4 with tmobile and she has an iPhone 4s with sprint. And the texts are like an hour late or I just don't get them at all. I don't know how to fix the problem we've both restarted our phones. My conversations with other people are working just fine but between me and her it's not working.
- Not getting text notification- iPhone 4? Hi so I recently got an iPhone 4 and all was going good until yesterday. I don't get notifications unless I'm actually in the text app. My phone doesn't make a sound or vibrate?
- Is it true that apple delayed their iphone 5s? If so I'm going to be really mad! Also if it is should i buy the iphone 5? My contract ends this July!
