Iphone 4s designed by apple in california assembled in china?
I just found a guy selling a new 4s model A1332 in the background of the box wrote. Designed by apple in california assembled in china. And its 64G
is it fake or not and how do i know if its fake? Cuz he sells it for a very cheap price

The phones not a 4s, it's a 4 because A1332 is the iPhone 4 model number
Even if the phones real it's probaly unsealed
To confirm this you can look at the screws under the iPhone, if they are star shaped, it means the phone is sealed but If they are plus shaped it means it's unsealed
My advice is don't buy it
No one sells it for "really cheap" unless it has water damage or is fake. Its not hard to figure out.
