IPhone 4S has malware and many other glitches? How to fix?

I have an iPhone 4S and the other day apple said my phone had malware on it. They wanted to charge me money to remove it, but I said its fine then. Does anyone know a FREE way or program to remove malware from iPhones? My other issue is when I have my phone connected to a blue tooth speaker, atleast for every song, it glitches in the middle of the song and skips a few parts. My phone has the most recent update. Anyone know how to fix these problems? Answer that solves most problems gets points.

Added (1). The phone has never been jail broken and yes I tried restoring it.

I never used a blue tooth with my IPhone, so I can't provide you with an answer for this question.

I have an IPhone 4S.

Please follow my instructions.

Step 1. Tap with your finger on Settings.

Step 2. Tap with your finger on the General word.

Step 3. Tap with with your finger on Reset.

Step 4. Tap with your finger on Erase All Content and Settings

Step 5. Tap on the Erase iPhone red button.

My instructions deletes all IPhone media, and data, and reset all settings.

I helped you out with half of this procedure.

I don't want to lose everything on my IPhone, so this is why I can't give you the rest of the instructions, but it should not be too difficult for you to figure out the rest on your own.

Please don't pay apple for this simple procedure. It does not take long to do, and Apple gives everyone who has an IPhone this option.

Just restore your phone and re-jailbreak it.

If you can't restore it by plugging your USB cable onto your laptop research putting your phone in DFU mode and then restore it.
