IPhone 4S help? Mistakenly put iOS 7 on my iPhone too soon?

I recently added iOS 7 on my iPhone, and after it was making my phone really slow, I wiped everything off my phone. When I restarted it, the phone would go to the setup screen, but after the wireless network was set up, it would tell me that my phone is not a registered device. Is there any way I can fix this? It connects to iTunes but tells me i need to register the device. Any help would be appreciated!

Sadly, iOS 7 is currently in beta and should only be used by developers for now. If you are not an experienced user or developer, you should refrain from using it as it is still buggy/incompatible to some apps.

For it (iOS 7 beta) to work properly on any iDevice, you should either be a registered Apple Developer (costs about $99 US) or someone who had his UDID tied to a developer's account (costs less than $10 US but can bite your *** in the long run).

The only choices you have now are limited, it's either you do any one of those that I just said or revert your iPhone's OS back to iOS 6.1.3.

Below is the video on how to revert back to iOS 6.1.3.
