Iphone 4s making sizzling noise after dropped in water?
I dropped my phone in a little bit of water and i hurried and dried it off. It works just fine everything works but it is making a weird little sizzling type noise not coming from the speaker but the part that you plug in to charge it. Any help on why and how to fix it?
Don't charge it or it could short out your phone.leave it outside in the shade for a couple of hours
Try store it in a box with dry rice for twenty four hours and then leave it sit for a couple of days. This should allow you iPhone to dry out and you can then recharge it to see if it will work. If it doesn't work after doing that, take it to your local Apple Genius bar so they can remove and dry the battery to see if they can fix it.
