IPhone 4S message connection error

Whenever my iPhone is not connected to internet I get this annoying error message and it keeps popping up for dozens of times, now I can only use the phone with safe mode.

I want to know which app is causing all this and how to fix it.

If you could say what the error message was that would be helpful

Try this:
Tap Settings, General, About.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Diagnostics & Usage.
Tap Diagnostic & Usage Data, then browse the log files that you see.
The app that continually produces this error might be shown in the logs - you can then delete/disable the app when you've identified it.

Have you found the Fix? Coz i've been facing same issue and my battery drains out faster than normal. I've tried the Usage&Diagnose method and removed Facebook messenger as well as app bt still facing the same issue.

Hi, I was facing the same issue and I tried everything but nothing worked, so I decided to delete some of the jailbroken apps like, BiteSMS, iCaughtUPro, iKeyMoniterLogger, AudioViz. And its now over.m not getting this issue anymore, my suggestion is to delete Jailbroken apps one by one and check which one is facing this issue.

If you resolve this please tell us the solution. This message is driving me crazy! Same as you, 1 hour ago I started to get this message.
