IPhone 4s message search not working?

I'm trying to get to the top of a conversation with one of my best friends, so we talk every day and its like a year ish and would take too long to get to the top just by scrolling
And i have a few words that i could search that i know we haven't used for at least 7 or 8 months but i tried searching them in the messages search bar and nothing came up even though i know for a fact we used those words and i've never deleted my messages with her.
i think that its only showing things from when i upgraded to ios7 and on

I believe you will have to search in a string.

For example if a message is like the statement above:

A search like "believe you" will retrieve the result.

A search like "believe search string" will not retrieve the result.

  • Why is my apple app store not letting me search anything? When I go to the search section and type something in no suggestions come up and nothing shows up when I search it. There's the loading dot circle at the top left on my iphone 5c but besides that, nothing. It does the same for the Top Charts, it has the loading sign but it's blank. I still have not downloaded ios8, not the first time nor with the glitch fixes because it takes up so much room. Why is my app store doing this?
  • Reasonable pat-down search or not? And this happened a month ago. Our ROTC drill teams went to another school for a drill competition. Towards the end, when we were about to leave, someone lost their iphone. So the teacher, (Master Sergeant AF), told 5 of the highest ranked senior cadets to pat everyone down, including searching inside their backpacks and pockets. Is this right according to law? Btw the phone turned out in the heater, and our instructor is retired from AF. Our students were searched (not the whole school)
  • Message not delivered My iPhone message to Android. Am I blocked? I haven't been getting any replies for weeks and today I text and it keeps saying "not delivered" after i sent, and "message send failure" on the main text screen. Does that mean they blocked me?
  • IPhone 5 App Store search not working? Just got my iPhone today and when I go to search apps in the App Store it says is done loading but the page is blank… It works fine on my iPad and every other part of the App Store works and even shows suggestions web I start typing in the search but it just won't load any… I've restarted my phone… Any ideas?
