IPhone 4S only charges when booted up while plugged in?
I got my phone in August last year and have had no problems with it. I got a new charging wire about a week ago and a few hours ago it would only charge my phone when booted up while plugged in. Do you know how to fix this?

My IPhone 4S only charges when plugged into my laptop but not from the Adaptor, it was working perfectly fine last night but I went to plug it in and it didn't charge so I tried with my laptop and it worked any solutions? I've tried to restart & reset my phone but I got nothing out of it and it's only a month old.

- My iPhone 4s only charges until 4%, and then dies! Why? I have an iPhone 4s in good condition, and I recently plugged it into a charger, which was in bad condition, and the charger wasn't working, so I went out a bought another charger which did not work either. So soon after I used someone else s iPhone charger, and came to find out my phone only charged until it turned on at 4% then dies after that! How do I fix this, please help!
- My Iphone 4 shows a full charge while plugged into charged but empty when unplugged? I have an Iphone 4 that won't charge. However, when I plug it into the wall charger, computer or car charger it shows that it is 100% charged. Once I remove it from the charger (any of them) it shows the battery is empty. Has anyone had this problem and can you help with a solution? I have tried a full restore, hard reboot, etc. Nothing fixes this problem.
