IPhone 4s power button doesn't work?
This just started happening last night out of nowhere. The round home button works with turning the phone on, but the power button at the top doesn't work at all. I have to wait for the phone to turn black by itself. The phone also randomly gives me the "slide to power off" screen as if I held down the top power button, or blacks out as if I pressed the top power button. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Use assistive touch
go to settings > general > accessibility > and turn on assistive touch.
- Will Apple replace my iPhone 4S if the power button doesn't work? All of a sudden the power button (at the top on the right) of my fairly new (got it about a year ago) iPhone 4S doesn't work. I don't know what happened. Will they replace it for free? Oh and I didn't buy the insurance or whatever.

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?

- My iPhone screen is all black and my power / sleep button doesn't work. What do I do? I clicked on this app & my phone turned all black all I could see was the status bar and that's it & I pressed the home button but it stayed frozen, it didn't work. & well my power button doesn't work so yeah and then my iPhone locked and now I press the home button and Siri works and everything but my phones screen is still black!
