IPhone 4S rollback to 6.1.2?

I have a Apple iPhone 4S running IOS 6.1.3 and i was wondering if it was possible in someway to go back to IOS 6.1.2? I have tried downloading the firmware from Apple Servers and Shift-LClick the restore button on iTunes and selecting the.ipsw file from there. When i attempted this method i kept getting the 3194 error.

Since that method failed i again tried looking at using redsn0w to rollback my iPhone, it claimed it couldn't find the SHSH blobs from both Apple and Cydia servers. Can someone please suggest a way on rolling back my device or am i stuck with IOS 6.1.3

There might be one alternative, restore your iPhone to 6.1.3 this will completely get rid of all your data. I suggest that you do a 100% back up of your iPhone 4S. I also suggest you do these steps:

1) Completely backup your iPhone 4S to either the Cloud or on your computer.
2) Erase all your iPhone 4S files:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
3) Restore your iPhone on iTunes to 6.1.3.
4) Download your preferred.ipsw (iOS).

5) Hold shift and click restore, navigate to your.ipsw file you downloaded.
6) Wait for the restore.
7) Transfer all the data from your backup to your iPhone.
