IPhone 4s screen is completely black and unresponsive and now vibrates repeatedly?

So i dropped my iPhone today and normally when the screen is unresponsive I can reset it. I tried a few times but nothing happened. Switching to silent or vibrate gets it to vibrate like normal. I don't think it shuts off but then again i can't see the screen. I tried to do the restore on iTunes but that just get it to vibrate continuously while its plugged into my PC. I can receive phone calls and can reject with the power button, but can't answer where you would slide to answer. So if someone could please tell me how to fix it or if I take it to apple, how much it will cost to fix it. Any help (even if you can just tell me what happened to it) is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Added (1). Also, light comes off the screen, I can press the power button and the screen goes from completly black to at least emmitting a black light.

Hopefully we can fix it.

I'm sure you tired turning it off and back on again. So try this! Should work.

1) Plug your device into your computer
2) Turn off the device by holding the Sleep/Wake or Power button and swiping it off
3) Hold the power button for 3 seconds
4) Begin holding the Home button without releasing the Sleep/Power button for 10 seconds
5) Release the power button and continue holding the home button until you get a popup from iTunes that
your device is recognized as being in recovery mode.

Now that your phone is in DFU Mode, do this to reboot it:

hold the power button and home button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.
