IPhone 4S sound problems? No sound bar?
The sound on my phone recently has stopped working! It works with headphones and an alarm but if I want to play any music or videos out loud it doesn't.
When I click the volume buttons on the side the ringer shows up but with out the little bars.
My phone is not on mute and I have tried cleaning out the headphone and charging holes and resetting it! Nothing works! What should I do?
That exact same thing happened to me! It was after I dropped it really badly, it didn't crack but the sound went away! Have you dropped it or has anything bad happened to it recently? If so then that's why but my sound eventually came back a few months later!
- Volume bar and sound on iPhone 4s? When I'm playing music on my iPhone the volume bar disappeares and there's no sound. Everything else works perfectly, it rings etc just music and media it won't make any sound. Any ideas?

- Volume bar on my iPhone 4 has disappeared? My volume bar has disappeared on my iPhone 4 when I play music through the speakers. I can't hear the typing of my keyboard either, but when I go into voice memos I can listen to them. After that I go into my music library and play music and the volume bar is there for about 5 second and disappears again. I have tried rebooting it and it's done nothing. The sound will just come and go. What the hell is wrong with my iPhone? Please and thank you. P.s it isn't jail broken either.
