IPhone 4S sticky residue and scratches?
I know I'm stupid but I bought I screen protector from poundworld for iPhone 4S and put it on for less than 5 mins. Now took it off and has left a sticky residue/ scratches. Is ther away to remove the residue and scratches.
Use a De-coagulent (Something that breaks down sticky particles) and then rinse with water. Any apparent scratches may just be clumps/deposits of the glue used to hold the screen protector in place.

Nail polish remover. Be very careful with it as it will discolor the glass if left on for too long.
A slight dab of alcohol would be fine and a lint free cloth
- Would vodacom repair scratches and chips on the side of a iPhone 5? My friend dropped my phone out the car and now my phone has chips round the side. Would vodacom be able to fix this
- Will scratches and minor dents void my iPhone 4's warranty? Yesterday I called apple because my lock screen button had been pushed in, I was told that as long as it hadn't been dropped, which it hadn't, that it should be replaced at the spot but I'd have to bring it into an apple store. Now what's worrying me is that there's a few scratches around my lock button because I used to like wearing long acrylic nails and using them to take debris out of in between the button. Will this void my warranty in any way?
- Residue on screen protector? I just put on a new screen protector on my iphone and the little tabs that say "front" left a sticky residue when I took it off. I've already tried rubbing alcohol but it still doesn't come off. I'm really very annoyed so if someone could help me that would be rad.
- Is sticky lock on iPhone4s covered under warranty? I purchased my iPhone 4s from NTelos in October of last year (about 10 months ago). The phone has no other damage or issues other than a sticky lock button. Is a replacement or repair covered by the iPhone's 1 year warranty? If not, would my phone provider (NTelos) be able to repair or help me find someone who can?
