Iphone 4s stolen Can i still track it?
So my iphone 4S got stolen about 6 hours ago and i'm super pissed. I have i cloud on it, but whenever i try to find my phone it says "last seen 6 hours ago" at the same spot i was, If the thief were to restore my iphone could i still track it? Or if they were to use Wi-Fi?
You're pretty much out of luck here. I guarantee you the person who stole it already disposed of the SIM card and restored the iPhone to factory settings. Really sorry to hear that man. :/
Nope, that's the first thing iPhone thieves do -- turn the power off on the spot, then restore to factory settings when they get home. That way it won't save any of the location information, and the restore will clear any apps that you may have loaded. That app is a joke, and is a true "false sense of security".
- Stolen iPhone 5c. How can I track it? My iPhone 5c was stolen today from my bookbag at a park while I was playing soccer. My friends and I were trying to track it using my friends iPhone through the 'Find My iPhone' app. When locating it, the app said that my phone was offline. Is there any way I can track the phone? How does the serial number thing work?

My iphone was stolen, first I went to the icloud page from a notebook and enter the find my iphone button, the page try to locate my phone but it said it was offline so I put it in lost mode (put a password, my other cellphone number and the message that will display in the screen) then I press the erase option. When my iphone get internet connection it will erase all my data rigth? My question is: will it continue to track my phone after the wiping/erasing?
- Can you track iphone 5 after it has been stolen? My Iphone 5 was stolen today. I'm sure at the time it was stolen it had battery life. I called my phone and it was suddenly turned off because it went straight to voice mail.
