IPhone 4S. Tap to return to top of page?
Whenever I tap the top of the screen, it doesn't return me to the top of the page. Even if I'm at the top and drag the screen down (where you get the weird grey background) the time and signal strength etc don't seem to be there.
What's the deal? Is there a setting for this that I've changed and not realised? If so, how do I get it back?
Try turning it off then back on. That usally fixes mine when it happens to me
If turning it off and on doesn't work try rebooting it: hold power and home button down until phone screen goes black, KEEP it held still until apple logo comes back up then let go. Then wait for it to turn on and check if its fixed.

- Whenever I double-tap on the home button on my iphone, it doesn't let me close apps? Usually you just double-tap the home button, the app windows come up, and you can swipe them up to close them, right? I'm not sure what happened but nothing happens when I do this now. Also I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but imessage is kind of screwed up too, because whenever I try to type something, the text box covers up the latest text.
