IPhone 4S Telus Network and Prepaid?
Hi I'm looking to buy an iPhone 4S off of kijiji, it is locked to the Telus network. I do not want to go on a contract at all. I know Telus has prepaid plans. I'm wondering if they can be put on a micro-sim and used with the iPhone 4S.

- Which prepaid mobile network in the US allows you to tether your iPhone? I've been looking at Virgin, who offer uncapped data on month-by-month plans, but it's not clear if they allow you to tether your iPhone (AKA use it as a 'personal hotspot'). Any suggestions?

I once got water damage on the phone and it was glitchy, but because the damage didn't hit the chip in the phone, apple replaced it for free.what's telus's policy on stolen phones?
