IPhone 4S under AT&T warranty?
I have an iPhone 4S that I got June 17th 2012. The speaker won't play music aloud anymore but headphones work on it, and it will play alarms and ringtones. It charges fine and everything else works it just won't play my music aloud. I've dropped it in water twice over the time I've had it but this has been months ago, and I just let it dry it when it happened and i never had an issue. The sound problem just started within the last two months. My question is, will AT&T/apple fix it or give me a new one since its been less than a year? Will me having dropped it in water set something off in the phone to make them think it's my fault? If I can't get it fixed through AT&T or apple, does anyone know of anything I could try to fix it myself? I cleaned out the headphone jack with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip and the sound worked for a few days and now it's not working. When I go to play a song, it has the volume up for a second, and then the volume control thing completely disappears and it won't play aloud.

warranty usually doesn't cover water damage.
you may try letting apple or any phone repair man have it fixed but you would have to pay for it.
if you have something like the phone insurance they are offering at sprint, you may use it but i don't think they would really repair your phone and then give it back to you. It is more likely that they would give you a replacement refurbished phone.
as i can see it, your phone is nearly one year. I dunno about AT&T but if you were with sprint (AT&T etc may or may not have it), you may be qualified for a rebate once you buy a newer phone and extend your contract.
so if you are planning to stay with AT&T for a year or two more, you might as well want to check that option out with their customer service rep.
Water damage isn't covered.
apple and att will not replace or repair a water damaged iphone.
the water sensors inside will turn pink when it has water damage and apple checks those sensors 1st.
