Iphone 4s Wi-Fi, 3g, power issues?

My phone won't power on unless it is connected to a PC or outlet. When its connected to an outlet itll turn on but with these problems.
NO Wi-Fi (grayed out), it won't connect to network, no sound, no vibrattion, and after a while it will kind of get s colored digitized screen and then die.

When connected to a PC it will power on show the apple, turn off and then on and do it again, and again…

I've tried to restore the phone in recovery mode and DFU mode, no dice… Either error 21, 1601 and -1.

I mest mest with the host file and created another account on my PC giving it admin access.

I've deleted everything from cydia that i installed recently. And its still mest up

Its got to be a software issue on the OS. I want to restore it to the latest iOS but its not letting me.

Next course of action is to try to restore from another PC and if that doesn't work then erase everything cydia related and then cydia itself.

So now that i've explained the situation let me ask a question…

1. Will cydia let me delete all support files and cydia it self off the phone.

2. And will apple be able to tell that it was JBroken?

like i said it won't power on by it self, only when connected to outlet. On PC it will do the apple load over and over.

Did you install something awful from cydia to your iphone lately? If you can access cydia(if not try safe mode) go to packages and find mobile substrate. Uninstall it( it will remove every cydia tweaks and apps) see that helps. If not taking to the apple is only your option and yes they can tell that it is Jbroken and they might void your warranty. Restore before taking to apple.

I'm not a developer and I do not have a developer account I can't restore the device as since I did the update the phone won't connect! WHAT SHOULD I DO?   • IPhone 4 issues, sound, camera, mute button Are these common issues: 3 months ago I had no sound coming from the speakers which fixed its self. Occasionally my camera screen goes black and only works if I leave it for 30 mins. Now when I tap the side the mute switches on and off and goes crazy. Are these common faults or should I seek manufactures warranty as only had the phone for 5 months.
  • IPhone 4 FaceTime connections issues after iOS 6? Why? Any It is pretty upsetting that I've had so many issues with it in the last couple of days considering some of my friends can't talk on the telephone so our main means of communication is through FaceTime and it is constantly reconnecting… What can I do? I had NO issues WHATSOEVER until iOS 6. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this.ugh. I did find something on apple's website of others having the same issue.
  • If I turn in my iPhone 5 for hardware issues, can I get an iPhone 5s? Or does the warranty not cover this? So my iphone 5 has a hardware issue and they said they could change it for a new one with no charge… But this was before the iphone 5s was announced (and i kind of really want one so.) i know they can give me an iphone 5 with no charge, but once the iphone 5s comes out, can they give me that instead, or are they not allowed to?
