IPhone 4s won't turn on after being soaked in water?
I did not realize my phone was soaked in water in my purse for about 10min after walking by the sea shore and was hit by a strong wave of water. It was 100% fully charged but it is turned off when I checked. I immediately tried to turn it on but it was starting to heat and lasted for about 30min. I tried to dry it using towel and then blow dry it and still did not turn on. I also removed the sim card and it is wet so I dried it. Now, it's been an hour since this happened. Appreciate your help!
Put it in rice for a couple weeks, if that doesn't work contact apple.
Put in rice and leave it their for one week, if you don't have a warranty don't contact Apple they will charger you an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Try a third-party fixing company their a lot less expensive
Get a replacement phone and leave your iPhone in a bag of rice. Contact Apple if your problems continue. But don't do it if you don't have a warrant. That would be bad because you would have to pay a lot of money. If you don't have Apple Care, try the iSmart Protection Plan.
