IPhone 4s won't charge, turn om, or connect to iTunes

I found an iPhone at the park just laying around so I took it and I want to find out who it belongs to so I can return it, but it won't charge, turn on or connect to itunes.

I think you should go have someone that is a pro check it. And also the person way have left it there cuz it was broken? Who knows.

  • My laptop won't connect to iTunes or Charge my iPhone 4s (Charging noise)? When I plug my iPhone 4s in to my surface pro 4 and it keeps on making the sound like its charging over and over but doesn't charge. So i can't connect to iTunes even over Wi-Fi.

  • My iPhone 4S won't charge, but will connect to itunes? Since yesterday my phone will connect to my computer and wall outlets but will not charge. It keeps making the 'connect' noise, and that's it. The phone does show up on my computer like I said, and I can manage, sync and restore. I tried a restoration on the phone and it's still doing the same thing. If anyone could please help I'd greatly appreciate it.
  • IPhone won't turn on/charge/connect to iTunes? The inside of my iPhone 4 screen cracked so the phone is worthless. But today my phone must have died while in my pocket. And it now won't turn on or charge and it won't connect to iTunes. Is there anyway I can sort this out? I'm getting a new phone, but I don't want all my photos to be lost.
