IPhone 4s won't update to 6.1.3?
My phone isn't jailbroken. On itunes when I try it says "iPhone could not be updated. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."
I'm on a mac. My itunes is up to date as well. I have tried to restore it but the same error message comes up.
Added (1). I have 4GB of storage left
My iPhone 3GS is ios 6.1.3 but I Jailbroken it, so i don't know about your 4s never had one all though my sister has a iphone 4 that can't update either

Try doing it through the phone without connecting it to iTunes every time I've updated my software I've done it through the phone itself and it's worked flawlessly.
1) Go to Settings
2) Go to General
3) Go to Software Update
4) Let it search for the update and click on the install option
5) Make sure your iPhone is plugged into the AC adapter so it won't lose power while installing the update or the update will be terminated
- Wi-Fi won't won't work on iPhone 4s after ios6 update I have tried resetting my network settings that didn't work then proceeded to reset all my settings but yet it still didn't work. When i tap on Wi-Fi it will not let me turn it on its all grey and blurred out. I have tried everything possible. Any suggestions or know how to fix this problem?
- Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.

It's not showing locations like it used to and won't even how me major boroughs like Croydon. Streets are difficult to see, much smaller picture. General *** compared to the older version.
- Is the iOS 6.1 update on iPhone 3 safe to update? On my first iPhone there were problems, and the update didn't help it wiped out everything and among other things had to get a new iPhone. The iPhone I have now works, so should I risk this update? It's a 3GS.
