Iphone 5 and iphone 5s case compatibility?

I'm looking for a case for my new iphone, but there are not a lot out there. I hear that they are almost identical, but my issues are with the camera. Does the small, rounded camera hole (rather than the larger square shaped one) leave enough room for both lights? Also, is it true that if I do not use a case with a black rimmed camera hole, it will mess with the camera's sensor?

The iPhone 5 and the iPhone 5S are exactly identical in shape and size. However, a very select few cases that have very small camera cutouts will cover up the camera. Most cases have more than enough room already so I doubt you'll find a case that will interfere.

If you do not have a case with a black ring around the camera cutout it will interfere with the camera when using the flash. When you take a picture in a dark room and the flash turns on, the light will bounce around the inside of the cutout and absorb the color, discoloring your picture. For example, if you had a green case on, your photos would have a green tint to them. However, most cases do include a black ring and if your case does not have one, you can always draw one in yourself with a black sharpie.
