Iphone 5 battery life issue? - 1

Running iOS 7, my iphone 5 battery goes down about 1% every two minutes, it never did that before. I don't know what changed, I don't get a good 3G signal at home but like I said, lt was fine about a week ago. The CPU spikes a lot going from 4% to 36% to 0% to 20%. It gets pretty warm whenever I use safari. I've tried ever battery saving tip out there. I'm looking for expert advice, if you know something I don't please tell me. I've tried restoring and setting up as new phone, I tried recalibrating the battery. I'm getting really pissed, I just want to use my phone and have decent battery life.

Maybe you have a lot of background apps running? Or maybe your battery just went bad…

This whole battery life and iOS 7 thing has been nothing but a MASSIVE headache over the last few months.
