IPhone 5 camera not working after being dropped in water?
My iphone 5 went for a little swim yesterday and I dried it off in rice. It seems to be fully functioning properly except the camera isn't working. What should I do?
Added (1). The phone is working at 100%. The only problem is the camera.also, I'm broke as *** and will not be replacing the phone
Take your phone to the repair shop
Your best bet is to take it to an apple store and have them fix/replace it for you. Don't replace it yourself cause you wouldn't want to mess it up. I dropped my iPhone 5 in a toilet while changing and the front camera broke so they replaced it for me.
Get it replaced.
It will continue to get worse over time. The rice trick doesn't save idevices, it only lets them work a lil longer.
sell it for parts and buy a new one.
