Added (1). There are small dots inside my camera that only show up in the pictures. When I first got my there was one small dot that did not bother me so much but now its 10 times worse and it messes up my pictures? What can I do?

Go to an apple store, explain the problem. Just a reminder to save a backup (iCloud or to iTunes), restore phone and load backup. Try that once see if the problem is still there. Then perhaps try the apple store.
If its a manufacturing fault i.e. Not been dropped or got wet, and still within its 12 month guarantee then i would imagine so.
