PS: iPhone build version is 10A551 ( i'm not sure if that makes any difference but when i try to download the iOS 6.0.1 firmware it says 10A525 )

I installed "Firmware 6.1.3 Fake" from iHackStore, while on iOS 6.0, then whenever I tried installing something, it would attempt to remove Evasion 6.0-6.1.2 Untether, getting scared, I immediately removed the Firmware Fake, thinking it'd solve it. WRONG. My iPhone stayed at 6.1.3 yet I'm still jailbroken. Now whenever I try to install something, it attempts to remove the untether, and aborts whatever I try to install or remove. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
