Iphone 5 issue? I can't send or receive pictures from non-iphone people?
I have Sprint and i just realize that my iphone 5 can't receive/send pictures to non iphone people. I tried to send a picture on my brothers galaxy s3 but it still won't receive and i did the same thing on his phone to send a picture to me but i won't receive it. I also tried turning off our Wi-Fi because i read on a thread that it would help. So please. How can i fix this?
Added (1). Then i tried my moms iphone 4s and i can receive and send pictures to her phone… Do you think going to the Sprint store will help? Or should i go to Apple?
Well if pictures are being sent to other iPhones then I'm assuming that you are able to send texts over iMessage instead of traditional SMS (the message bubbles are blue when talking to other iPhones instead of green). If this is the case then I would say that it has nothing to do with your Wi-Fi. If you are able to send to other iPhones then you have a data connection but SMS and MMS are sent through Sprints network. Make sure you have a cellular connection to sprint, that your mobile data is on. And if that does not help then I would say that you should visit the sprint store because it would be something with their network.

- Why can't my iPhone send or receive pictures in text messaging? My dad bought me the iPhone 4S unlocked. I got the prepaid service at tmobile which was 50$ unlimited talk text and web. I can't send pictures during text messages and I can't receive them. If someone sends me a picture I don't get it, it's just blank. The little camera icon next to the text area to type is light grey indicating I can't press on it. I can only send or receive during iMessage. Please tell me why this is happening.
