IPhone 5 issues with Wi-Fi and sending pictures?

I've had the iPhone 5 since it first came out and have always had problems staying connected to the Wi-Fi at work. I can connect to it and a few minutes later it's no longer connected. It stays connceted perfectly at home. When I pull up in the yard it automatically connects and never disconnects. Has anyone had this happen? Maybe it's just an issue with the Wi-Fi at work and not the actual phone. I don't connect to any other Wi-Fi networks to know if it's just at work or not. I've also been having problems sending pictures in a text message. This has not been happening the whole time I've had the phone. It only started after one of the updates, sorry I can't remember which one it was. I mainly have this problem while I'm at home, but it does happen even when I'm not at home, just not as often. It acts like it's going to send, but then it says "sending failed". I have no problems uploading them to twitter, facebook, instagram, email, etc. I don't have this problem sending them to another iPhone though. When this happens the only way I can get it to send is to power off the phone and turn it back on. Anyone know what the issue could be? Thanks in advance and please, if you are not an iPhone fan do NOT suggest that I should get a different phone because that will not happen.

First off, bad choice getting iPhone 5. Sorry had to say that. The name iPhone just captivates anyone now. Despite its same old software. I think the issue is your works Wi-Fi. Your work probably is running a Wi-Fi that has a set limit on users. So everytime the limit is reached, it kicks someone off of the Wi-Fi. Can't do much there. I don't get why pictures aren't working, but I know that there's a video limit to send.
