IPhone 5 not charging properly? - 1
My iPhone 5 has been messing up recently when charging it says the accessorie is not compatible but I don't thing it's the charger my phone will sometimes say it's at say 3% then when I put it on the charger it'll go up to 11% and sometimes will still continue to lose battery while on the charger like now it was at 57% and went down to 54% while charging. Has anyone ever had this problem if so is it the phone or the charger and can I fix it?
Sounds like it can be the charger. If you go on apple.com and make an appointment for the Genius Bar at an apple store you can tell them about the phone and that you think it maybe the charger. If your warranty is still good on the iphone (one year warranty on every new iphone) they can replace the cable for free as long as you have the broken one with you.
It's most likely your phone charger. I actually have an iPhone too and I bought and off brand charger (so I could have a longer cord) and it always said my phone wasn't compatible with it and it always seemed to charge so much slower than the one I got with my iPhone. So I bought a legit 2 meter charger (6.5 foot) from Apple and it charges so much faster and I've never had any problems with it. It is kind of expensive for a charger but I think it's worth it if you're always in a rush to get your phone charged before you leave your house. Here is a link from the Apple website to the charger.
- My IPhone 5 isn't charging when I plug it in but the charging 'symbol' comes up? I've only had my phone for a few weeks- since Christmas, and today it's been playing up, it keeps turning on and off then when my phone is on the screen at the bottom flickers! I have never dropped this phone or it hasn't been water damaged! I resorted my phone by pressing the lock and home screen and put it on charge, my charge percentage isn't going up it keeps decreasing, even though it says that my phone is on charge, what should I do?
- Is my iphone 5s charging properly? Everybody I talk to says it shouldn't take longer than an hour to charge fully. Mine seems to be taking longer. For instance, I was at 20% at 740pm. Now it's almost 920pm and it's at 99%.It seems to slow down a lot when it gets in the 90s. Is this normal or what? I don't have a ton of apps either.

Just called up apple and found out the answer, decided to share it with the world to keep your sound systems safe. If your charge your ipod touch or Iphone, Have it unplugged from your sound system. Cheers. kind of agree with you man, But my logitech z5500 system is like $1000 new right now… Insane, don't want to take a chance. But your probably right.
- IPhone5 screen won't respond properly when charging? A couple months ago I dropped my iPhone 5 in the toilet, but I got it out quickly and keep it in a bag of rice. Everything worked fine, but recently the screen is not reponding properly when I charged. But once I stopped charging everything works perfectly, what could be causing the problem?
