IPhone 5 not charging properly?
My husbands iphone 5 (approx 6 months old, bought new from Vodafone) is struggling to charge. He can never get it to charge straight away and always had to jiggle it and pull the cord in odd ways to keep it charging, any suggestions?
It is gradually getting worse. (Been happening about a month)
By the way it has never been dropped/knocked. It has not got any pint or dirt in charging port, there's nothing wrong with the charger or cable as it charges my iphone 5 fine. Taking it to apple isn't an option as there isn't one anywhere near us & sending it off is a last resort as he works long hours and needs a phone with him.
I think your chord is bad. Try the vehicle charger with it and if thats fine then you have a bad chord.
- My IPhone 5 isn't charging when I plug it in but the charging 'symbol' comes up? I've only had my phone for a few weeks- since Christmas, and today it's been playing up, it keeps turning on and off then when my phone is on the screen at the bottom flickers! I have never dropped this phone or it hasn't been water damaged! I resorted my phone by pressing the lock and home screen and put it on charge, my charge percentage isn't going up it keeps decreasing, even though it says that my phone is on charge, what should I do?
- Is my iphone 5s charging properly? Everybody I talk to says it shouldn't take longer than an hour to charge fully. Mine seems to be taking longer. For instance, I was at 20% at 740pm. Now it's almost 920pm and it's at 99%.It seems to slow down a lot when it gets in the 90s. Is this normal or what? I don't have a ton of apps either.
- Ipod Touch/Iphone charging keep it unplugged from your sound system while charging? Just called up apple and found out the answer, decided to share it with the world to keep your sound systems safe. If your charge your ipod touch or Iphone, Have it unplugged from your sound system. Cheers. kind of agree with you man, But my logitech z5500 system is like $1000 new right now… Insane, don't want to take a chance. But your probably right.
- IPhone5 screen won't respond properly when charging? A couple months ago I dropped my iPhone 5 in the toilet, but I got it out quickly and keep it in a bag of rice. Everything worked fine, but recently the screen is not reponding properly when I charged. But once I stopped charging everything works perfectly, what could be causing the problem?
