IPHONE 5 OR 5S-WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET?

So I got an iPhone 5 at the beginning of this year but it got stolen in about April…
I've lived for about 5months without a phone now, and my father told me that he would buy me one as an early birthday gift.
I loved the iPhone 5, and could get it this week if I told him I wanted it, but he told me that if I wanted to wait, the iPhone 5S will be coming out next month…
Now I don't know which one I should get, is there an immense change? (bc tbh I was actually content with the iPhone 5, but if there's some sort of dramatic change?!) Is it worth waiting for another month! (i'm a teenage girl so dying for a new phone.)
I don't know which one I should get, any suggestions whatsoever would be helpful.

I'm not certain, but i believe that the only difference is that the iPhone 5s has Siri.

IPhone 5s comes out September 10th with a new champagne color, a better camera, and IOS 7 so it will only be 2 more weeks so I would wait. & you'll have the newest phone, why get the old one when the new one is coming out soon? Just wait that's what I'm doing but I can't get it until October

IPhone 5S would be unveiled at a media event on September 10 2013. With Apple's tradition of releasing it on the next Friday after announcement, it is expected to be in stores by September 20 2013.It would have an upgraded camera with dual flash for better low light pictures, iOS 7 and also a fingerprint sensor. It won't be long till it's release so why go for the older version when it's only less than a month's waiting time.
